Scholarships

A variety of scholarships are offered to encourage students to develop academic strength, discipline,and a sense of community. The maximum coverage period of any scholarship is four years, or upongraduation, whichever is sooner. It is not necessary to reapply for a scholarship as long all maintenancecriteria (outlined below) are met.

The scholarship application process begins after a student is formally admitted to EM Normandie in the UAEand assigned a unique student ID number. This number is used to securely login to a college account thathas a section for Financial Aid and Scholarships. As student information, including academic records, hasalready been processed by the college upon admission, any scholarships that the student is eligible for willappear on their account page.

The student may choose to fill out the online application for any scholarship that appears here, as theyqualify for these based on merit. The application is completed with the appropriate details filled in by thestudent, along with the uploading of any required documents, and then is submitted online.
  • 2 scholarships: 1 male and 1 female student
  • Value: 70% waiver on tuition fees

    • Eligibility Requirements:

    • This scholarship is available to excellent candidates showing outstanding skills, based on CPA score,regardless of the origin of their high
    • Evidence of a minimum grade of 90 percent on finishing examinations from secondary education for first year students and a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CPA) 3.80 for the continuingstudents.
    • The applicant must have a minimum English Language Proficiency score of 800 in TOEIC or its equivalent.
    • EM Normandie in the UAE Foundation Scholarship will be applicable to the period the student isenrolled at EM Normandie in the UAE in full time status for the programme
    • Receipt of the scholarship is contingent upon the selection and formal approval from the Office of EM Normandie in the UAE President.

      • Maintenance Requirements:

      • A minimum English Language Proficiency Requirement of 800 in TOEIC or its a per semester minimum 16/20 average score or a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average(CPA) of 60
      • All credit hours of every semester must be validated before re-sits. If this is not the case, the full tuition fees of the semester implied must be paid by the student.
  • 5 scholarships annually
  • Value: 50% waiver on tuition fees

    • Eligibility Requirements:

    • This scholarship is available to the top 5 public secondary school graduates from the UAE, based onGPA score, who are newly admitted and join EM Normandie in the UAE in the fall semester
    • The applicant must have a minimum English Language Proficiency score of 800 in TOEIC or its equivalent.
    • The applicant must provide evidence of a minimum grade of 80 percent on finishing examinationsfrom secondary education for first year students and a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CPA) 50for the continuing students
    • The EM Normandie Excellence Scholarship will be applicable to the period the student is enrolled at EM Normandie in the UAE in full time status for the programme in progress.
    • Receipt of the scholarship is contingent upon the selection and formal approval from the Office of EMNormandie in the UAE

      • Maintenance Requirements:

      • A minimum English Language Proficiency Requirement of 800 in TOEIC or its a per semester minimum average score of 15/20 or a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average(CPA) of 500
      • All credit hours of every semester must be validated before re-sits. If this is not the case, the full tuition fees of the semester implied must be paid by the student

    A 90% scholarship is awarded each semester on full tuition fees to a current EM Normandie in the UAE student who achieves the most outstanding results (minimum 85%) This scholarship is available across the undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered at EM Normandie in the UAE.:

      Eligibility Requirements:

      • The applicant must have a minimum English Language Proficiency score of 750 in TOEIC
      • The EM Normandie Excellence Scholarship will be applicable to the period the student is enrolled at EM Normandie in the UAE in full time status for the programme in progress.
      • Receipt of the scholarship is contingent upon the selection and formal approval from the Office of EMNormandie in the UAE

    Value: 25% waiver on tuition fees for continuing students per academic year:

      Eligibility Requirements:

      • This scholarship is awarded to students that demonstrate outstanding national and/or internationalsport achievements (either as coach, captain, or player).
      • The applicant must provide evidence of a minimum grade of 70 percent on finishing examinations from secondary education for first year students and a Cumulative Grade PointAverage (CPA) 2.80 for the continuing students
      • A minimum English Language Proficiency Requirement of 750 in TOEIC or its a per semester minimum average score of 13/20 or a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average(CPA) of 00
      • ll credit hours of every semester must be validated before re-sits. If this is not the case, the full tuition fees of the semester implied must be paid by the student.

    Rules and Regulations:

    The following rules and regulations shall apply to all EM Normandie in the UAE college scholarship recipients:

    • Scholarships are given for the period the student is enrolled at EM Normandie in the UAE within the time limit of 3 years for the bachelor programme, benefits outlined herein shall be grantedaccording to the period indicated by the study plan.
    • The student can appeal the decision of the committee two weeks from the announcement ofscholarship
    • A student may avail of only one
    • Tuition reductions, scholarships and/or financial aid cannot be shared and/or transferred among family
    • Students who are sponsored by a third party may or may not receive any EM Normandie in the UAE scholarship depending on the third-party agreement.
    • In case a student qualifies for more than one reduction, scholarship or financial aid benefit, thestudent will be given the chance to choose the benefit with the highest
    • Students who do not continuously enroll or register for medical reason or other justifiable emergency  reasons  approved  by  the  Student  Affairs  office  may  postpone  for  one semester.
    • Any student who is found guilty of a student code of conduct violation or an academic integrity offense will forfeit the applicable scholarship for the remaining study in EM Normandie inthe UAE.
    • Any withdrawal from classes during a given semester without prior approval from the Student Affairs Office may result in a scholarship cancelation.
    • Scholarships does not cover the summer Only under special circumstances will a student bepermitted to take a semester off without forfeiting his/her scholarship support after obtaining theapproval of the Student Affairs Office. This can be granted once only during his study plan withsupported document submitted to the Student Affairs Office.
    • Student Affairs Office will not cover any repeated
    • Students are not required to reapply after receiving the Scholarship will be renewedautomatically as long the eligibility requirements are maintained.
