Champettil Gopalakrishna Pillai Manojkrishnan is an Assistant Professor at EM Normandie, specializing in Human Resources. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management (stress management) in 2011 and has a strong research focus on critical thinking, consumer behavior, and work-life balance. Manoj is a published author with four books and numerous articles in Scopus-indexed journals. He is also a recognized motivational trainer and HR consultant, contributing to management programs at the University of Kerala and actively engaging in consulting assignments for both public and private enterprises.
