English Proficiency Requirements
Students must meet one of the following:
- IELTS (Academic): Minimum score of 5.0
- TOEFL (Paper-Based): Minimum score of 500
- TOEFL (Internet-Based): Minimum score of 61
- TOEFL (Computer-Based): Minimum score of 173
- TOEIC: Minimum score of 750
- Cambridge English: Advanced – Minimum overall score
- PTE Academic: Minimum score of 41
- CEFR: B1
- Duolingo English Test: Minimum score of 90
Students who don’t have English proficiency requirements met at the start of the semester will be conditionally admitted for one semester and will be required to take the English preparatory course recommended based on the placement test. The students will be allowed to take maximum 2 General Education courses during the period of conditional admission. The conditional admission period may be extended by one semester based on the President’s approval.

Non-Availability of English Language score
- Students who have not taken the English proficiency exams will be conditionally admitted to the BIM program and the student must obtain the mandatory English proficiency scores in a maximum period of 2 semester; otherwise, they will not be able to enroll for any further semester.
- These students will be allowed to register in up to 12 credits of selected BIM GE courses which are counted towards the undergraduate degree.
Low Maths score
- Students with low/no Math score ( not meeting the minimum required) will be conditionally admitted and be required to take the preparatory Math course in the first semester and pass with a minimum of 50% ; otherwise, they will not be able to enroll for any further semester.
- These students will be allowed to register in up to 12 credits of selected BIM GE courses which are counted towards the undergraduate degree.
Documents checklist
The following documents are required to start the admission process:
- Completed application form to be submitted to the campus or online.
- Original UAE high school certificate or a certified/attested equivalent approved by the UAE Ministry of Education
- Proof of English Proficiency, i.e. TOEFL (or equivalent) original score certificate
- Copy of a valid passport and identity card
- Four recent passport-size photographs (in colour) or in a JPEG format file
- Receipt for the non-refundable admission fees as per the current fees structure
The Admissions Department will verify the authenticity of the documents and the eligibility of the applicant once all the documents are received.

Tuition fees
Tuition fees at EM Normandie are paid per semester based on your subjects.
Once-Off Fees:
- Admissions Fee – 1,500AED
- Registration Fee – 1,200AED
- Graduation Fee – 2,000AED
- Alumni Membership – 2,000AED

Scholarships
EM Normandie offers a variety of scholarships aimed at supporting students in their academic journey. These scholarships are designed to recognize academic excellence and assist with tuition fees based on specific criteria.
Undergraduate Scholarships:
EM Normandie Business School Foundation Scholarship
- 2 scholarships: 1 male and 1 female student
- Value: 70% waiver on tuition fees
Eligibility Requirements
- This scholarship is available to excellent candidates showing outstanding skills, based on CGPA score, regardless of the origin of their high schools.
- Evidence of a minimum grade of 90 percent on finishing examinations from secondary education for first year students and a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CPA) 3.80 for the continuing students. In case of multiple students having more than 90 percent on finishing examinations from secondary education the student with the highest grade ( 1 male and 1 female) will be eligible for the scholarship.
- Receipt of the scholarship is contingent upon the selection and formal approval from the Office of EM Normandie Business School President.
Ongoing Scholarship Maintenance Requirements
- Minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.80 at the end of the year
EM Normandie Business School Excellence Scholarship
- 5 scholarships annually
- Value: 50% waiver on tuition fees
Eligibility Requirements
- This scholarship is available to the top 5 public secondary school graduates from the UAE, based on CGPA score, who are newly admitted and join EM Normandie Business School in the fall/Spring semester.
- The applicant must have a minimum English Language Proficiency score of 800 in TOEIC or its equivalent.
- The applicant must provide evidence of a minimum grade of 80 percent on finishing examinations from secondary education for first year students and a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) 3.50 for the continuing students. In case of multiple students having more than 80 percent on finishing examinations from secondary education, the top 5 students would be considered eligible for the scholarship.
- Receipt of the scholarship is contingent upon the selection and formal approval from the Office of EM Normandie Business School President.
Ongoing Scholarship Maintenance Requirements
- Minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.50 at the end of the year
Academic Merit Scholarship
- A 90% scholarship is awarded each semester on full tuition fees to a current EM Normandie Business School student who achieves the most outstanding results (minimum 85%). This scholarship is available across the undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered at EM Normandie Business School .
Eligibility Requirements
- Receipt of the scholarship is contingent upon the selection and formal approval from the Office of EM Normandie Business School President.
Athletic Scholarship
- Value: 25% waiver on tuition fees for the continuing students per academic year.
Description and Eligibility Requirements
- This scholarship is awarded to students that demonstrate outstanding national and/or international sport achievements (either as coach, captain, or player).
- The applicant must provide evidence of a minimum grade of 70 percent on finishing examinations from secondary education for first year students and a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CPA) 2.80 for the continuing students

Internships
Internships form an integral part of our study plan. The programme curriculum includes a mandatory internship module that must be completed to graduate with the BM degree successfully.
- A work placement with a minimum duration of six (6) months in the UAE or abroad at the end of Year 3
Optional student mobility
All students are eligible for a mobility to one of the European campuses in Year 2 fall or spring semester (September to December).
