What Are Free Movers at EM Normandie Dubai?
Free Movers are students who independently organize their own study abroad experience. Unlike exchange programs with partner universities, Free Movers have the freedom to choose any university worldwide. However, they must personally handle all aspects of their mobility—from application and travel arrangements to accommodation and academic recognition—both before, during, and after their stay. This option offers maximum flexibility but requires self-reliance and proactive planning.
As a Free Mover, you get to pick any foreign university you want. But remember, you’re responsible for handling all the logistics—planning, managing, and wrapping up your entire stay abroad.
Who is elegible to be a Free Mover at EM Normandie Dubai?
- Students wishing to take courses at EM Normandie but not coming within the framework of an exchange agreement
- Students who have already exceeded the mobility quota under the Erasmus programme
- Students who have completed one year of studies at their home university
What programs are open for Free Movers?
International students can apply as Free Movers and integrate either the Bachelor in Management (BM) or the Master in Management (Programme Grande École) or International Bachelor in Business Administration (IBBA). What are the admission requirements to be a Free Mover?

Language Certificates required for your application
- English Language Certificate: B2, TOEFLIBT 83, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 790
- French Language Certificate: B2 on DELF and TCF scores
What are the tuition fees for Free Movers?
- Depending on the number of ECTS credits, tuition can go from 3500€ to 4000€.
- Not refundable registration fee : 50 €
