Undergraduate Internship
Internships form an integral part of our study plan. The programme curriculum includes a mandatory internship module that must be completed to graduate with the BIM degree successfully.
- A work placement with a minimum duration of two (2) months in the UAE at the end of Year 1
- A work placement with a minimum duration of four (4) months in the UAE or abroad at the end of Year 3

Postgraduate Internship
All students are required to complete an internship of minimum 4 weeks at the end of year 1. All internships are evaluated. Professional experience and other internships completed before entering the EM Normandie program may not under any circumstances be deemed to meet the requirements of the Internship Regulations. Internship assessment grid is validated when a minimum mark of 10/20 has been awarded. In the event of a mark lower than 10/20, the internship is not validated.
Any EM Normandie student who has not fulfilled the above obligations with respect to internships will not be awarded the degree. Internship regulations are described hereunder.
