Mr. Henri Attias , Key Accounts Director of Sidel, a part of Tetra Pak group, specialized in packaging lines for
Beverage and FHPC industries in Dubai, delivered a session on “Sales to Key Account Management “as a part
of Strategic Marketing course in the BIM Program.
The session helped students understand how organizations manage and grow relationships with their
most important customers. Students gain knowledge of how companies transition from traditional selling to
strategic customer relationship management, focusing on maintaining and expanding relationships with high-value clients.
