*In the absence of a centralized exam score for maths, students may be required to take EMN in the UAE assessment exam for maths for admission and pass with a minimum score of 50%.
- English proficiency requirements: Students must meet one of the following criteria
- IELTS (Academic)- Minimum score of 5.0
- TOEFL- Minimum score of 500
- Internet-based TOEFL- Minimum score of 61
- Computer based TOEFL- Minimum score of 173
- EMSAT- English- Minimum score of 1100
- English exams that are more than two years old are not accepted.
- Passing a personal interview set by the College.
- Other International students should contact the Student Recruitment and Admissions department at EMN in the UAE to determine their eligibility.
Conditional admission
Non-Availability of English Language score
- Students who have not taken the English proficiency exams will be conditionally admitted to the BIM program and the student must obtain the mandatory English proficiency scores in a maximum period of 2 semester; otherwise, they will not be able to enroll for any further semester.
- These students will be allowed to register in up to 12 credits of selected BIM GE courses which are counted towards the undergraduate degree.
Low Maths score
- Students with low/no Math score ( not meeting the minimum required) will be conditionally admitted and be required to take the preparatory Math course in the first semester and pass with a minimum of 50% ; otherwise, they will not be able to enroll for any further semester.
- These students will be allowed to register in up to 12 credits of selected BIM GE courses which are counted towards the undergraduate degree.
Documents checklist
The following documents are required to start the admission process:
- Completed application form to be submitted to the campus or online.
- Original UAE high school certificate or a certified/attested equivalent approved by the UAE Ministry of Education
- Proof of English Proficiency, i.e. TOEFL (or equivalent) original score certificate
- Copy of a valid passport and identity card
- Four recent passport-size photographs (in colour) or in a JPEG format file
- Receipt for the non-refundable admission fees as per the current fees structure
The Admissions Department will verify the authenticity of the documents and the eligibility of the applicant once all the documents are received.

Practical information
Tuition fees
Tuition fees at EM Normandie are paid per semester based on your subjects.
Once-Off Fees:
- Admissions Fee – 1,500AED
- Registration Fee – 1,200AED
- Graduation Fee – 2,000AED
- Alumni Membership – 2,000AED
Tuition Fees*:
- BIM Year 1 – 70,000AED
- BIM Year 2 – 70,000AED
- BIM Year 3 – 70,000AED
*VAT is included for the above mentioned fees.

Internships
Internships form an integral part of our study plan. The programme curriculum includes a mandatory internship module that must be completed to graduate with the BIM degree successfully.
- A work placement with a minimum duration of two (2) months in the UAE at the end of Year 1
- A work placement with a minimum duration of four (4) months in the UAE or abroad at the end of Year 3
Student mobility
All students are required to have a mandatory mobility to one of the French campuses in Year 2 fall semester (September to December).

Double Recognition upon Graduation 🇦🇪 🇫🇷
Students on successful completion of all degree credit requirements and mobility requirements will be eligible for recognised degree from the Ministry of Education in the UAE + recognised degree from the Higher Education Ministry of France.
