The Research Mini Conference Series 2025-26 commenced on 3rd November 2026 at the EM Normandie campus. We had the honor of welcoming Dr. Yogita Abichandani as an Expert Resource during the Qualitative Analysis session.
Dr Yogita is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Resource Management at the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, India, and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, USA. Herresearch focuses on leadership, organizational culture and change, women’s leadership and entrepreneurship, and strategic HRM.
The expert talk was followed by an interesting research workshop by Dr Ulas Ozen about his ongoing research
paper on the topic of Economic Lot Sizing Games.
